About the job:

Software AG Government Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates for a Salesforce Administrator with experience in Sales Operations to drive efficiency and success of the sales team through process optimization and effective use of sales tools & technologies including administration abilities with SFDC.   This cross-functional role is responsible for internal processes & systems to drive sales productivity at scale including data integrity & CRM maintenance, administration of all sales technologies, sales training & collateral, liaising with the Marketing and Finance departments and other special projects as they occur.
 
Primary Job Responsibilities
The Salesforce Administrator will manage sales support functions essential to the overall productivity and effectiveness of the Sales team.
  • Salesforce administrator, including optimizing the use of this tool and working with a SFDC to SFDC connection with the ability to troubleshoot and code as needed
  • Monitor, analyze and report on sales data, including pipeline and forecast management.
  • Maintain database for integrity, accuracy, and overall cleanliness.
  • Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis to Management as requested including executive level dashboards and specialized reports.
  • Track new hires/exits within the systems and update user access.
  • Assist in training of new users to grow the SFDC skillset across the organization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop SFDC operational structure and processes.
  • Aid in developing new processes and workflows within the systems to improve productivity and effectiveness.
  • Management of various non-Salesforce sales related tools/systems.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  Requirements and Experience
  • BS/BA with 7+ years of related work experience.
  • Salesforce certified.
  • 5+ years of sales operations experience preferably with a software company.
  • Extensive experience in Salesforce.com use, and administration with the knowledge to troubleshoot.
  • Ability to collect, track and analyze large amounts of data.
  • Work cross functionally to gather requirements and own the execution of focused SFDC projects.
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated comfort presenting in executive level meetings.
  • A highly organized and self-directed individual who is a critically thinking problem solver with the drive to contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be a US Citizen.
